Exchange and Return Policy

At house of date, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please review the following policy:

1. Exchange & Return Period

  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted within [3] days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • Barcodes or labels must not be removed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Discounted or promotional items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Accessories or personal-use items (if applicable).

4. Exchange Process

  • Replacement items will be shipped after receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the error is from the store.

5. Refund Process
